Default What can be seen using an electron microscope in relation to cell structure?

I am comparing light and electron for my AS level assignment. I know you can see the nucleus and Rough Er though the light microscope but what exactly can be seen through the Electron one?

An Electron Microscope has many functions. Even try google searcing some pictures or videos. Some of them are spectactular.
