I have a used Olympus CH-2 with Nikon objectives. I am finding it impossible to focus on things setting on the stage even when the stage is all the way up. If I prop the slide up a little higher on something I can get it to focus.
As near as I can tell it seems to be that the Nikon objectives are built for a working distance of 37mm and the Olympus stage only gets to 45mm away. Is there a way to adjust the stage so it goes up higher or some other way to work with the objectives I have or should I sell the Nikons and try to get a set of Olympus objectives?

I don’t know your microscope so I can’t say definitely but I think it's probably best to change your objectives for Olympus ones. How is it you have an Olympus with Nikon objectives?
