Anybody knows a 2nd hand shop in NY?

Hello

I will go to New York on a holiday before next year, and I would like to know if there's any specific shop that I should visit in order to acquire a microscope. I'd rather prefer to get a good old microscope for my pollen studies. I'm spanish, never been into the US and have no idea if there's any vintage or 2nd hand stores of photography, lenses or microscopes in that "town".

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
