Technical question - which forum

Hello. I have a technical question and am not sur ewhich forum to direct it to. Here is the question, if anyone can answer or direct me where to repost, I will be greatly pleased.

I am using a light microscope that has a high NA objective lens (>0.8). I need to calculate the image space NA and as I know tyhe magnification, I have been using the relationship NA_imagespace=NA_objectspace/ Mag. Can anyone confirm this relationship is correct for high NA objectives.
