Hi ajo,

The last frame reminded me of spirogyra so I googled, there are several sources of information.
Spirogyra - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi g2b2,

It really looks like a ultra-dense spirogyra, in my books I was searching for "green algae" but it's really a conyugated, and really looks like being an spirogyra.

The balls are suposed to be zygotes, a resistive form.

Thanks !!!

With a little more watching probably I'll be able to discover what's it's exact name! :-)

By the size of the zygotes, and width of the filaments I'd bet it's a Spyrogyra maiuscula:

lens-shaped zygotes, 65-73 microns or 92-100microns filament width, and 62-65 microns for the zygotes.:-)
