Default Mystery images

Hiya folks I've not been on for a little while, or had a microscope session come to think of it so I thought I'd pop in and say hello I still haven't had time to get my scopes out but I did find a load of images I did last time that I haven't labelled. I'm a bit miffed as to what this is! lol Looks like plantlife maybe?

and the same? Who knows! lol

These next ones don't really merit a new thread so I'll post them here...
This is a squashed fly believe it or not. Which part of a fly looks like this is anyone's guess!

This next next one was the forewing. There was a little claw like thing there as you can see...

Hopefully I'll get some free time soon and I'll get my scopes out. I really miss them.......

Hi Feebo

You,ve been quiet for some time,I hope you are OK and all the best for the New Year

The second image looks to me like the spriacles of the insect,a part of the breathing apparatus connecting to the trachea

Did you mean to say the second image? Yeeeah I'm very busy getting a new business off the ground and I've been doing a painting for my mother in law lol Nearly finished it now though. My workshop is going well so hope fully I'll get that painting finished and get busy on my lovely scopes

Thought so... Oh that's really interesting! That's a squashed fly in that photo. I didn't have a clue what I was looking at there at all and it's extra interesting to hear it's a body part that you wouldn't really ever see. Cool I'll be good and active on the forum again soon

Wondered where you were.

Nice images. #3 is intriguing. What lens did you use?
