Default Green filament algae, BK3200 + Canon EOS 400D

Those are the first shots from my Trinocular BK3200, and a friend's Canon EOS 400D. You can click on them to get full resolution (10Mpx)

1st one) Directly, some algae, and aelosoma.

2nd one) Oblique lighting, with a blue led.

Can you tell me what the settings were that he used to get the picture. I cannot get the EOS 400D to show any pictures or record any. As soon as I remove the lense and put the adapter on it is inoperable. Please email me at gerry@rfwirelesssolutions.com Help would be appreciated.

hi i have a eos 7d and was looking to get a microscope and whatever else i need to us my 7d with it. i was wondering if you could explain what exactly i need and where i can get it.

as of now i'm looking for the best microscope i can get for 200$ and then the adaptors that will mount my 7d to it.

any help would be appreciated, thank you.
