Thanks for contributing your photos and the DIY info. Can you share a little about the microscope and camera you used and whether you did any post processing ?

My scope is nothing special - quite old, polish PZO (polish optics factory) construction. This photo was taken with wery weak 10x/0.24 lens also by PZO.
In case of camera and setup: I use Nikon D200 dslr, mounted on a tripod just 15cm over the scope body (without eyepiece holder). It is not the best setup, but gives quite good results : )
Posprocessing (only 1st and 2nd image) was done using combineZM software (freeware, you can find it here). I combined about 5-6 images to have this result. Final corrections were done in Adobe Photoshop CS3 - smal adjustments of color correction, curves, crop, and sharpening (after resize to 500px).
