User Frank sent me an email with some corrections to this post which was named "Salpingoeca frequentissima attached over green algae":

It is missing the class specific collar (choano) and the flagellum is not beating but "catching actively". The theca is common for both families but the protoplast is attached to the theca by a little stalk, typical for Bicosoeca.
